Mesh integration
When you need more coverage but don't have enough natural hair to safely support a custom VF Veil on its own.
Your first appointment: Your system is custom-built from scratch and can take 8+ hours.
Maintenance: Approximately every 4 weeks, alternating between:
- A 2-hour tightening, wash, restitch and style appointment: $200
- A 4–5 hour removal, scalp treatment and full reattachment appointment: $400+
Longevity: 7–13 months before requiring a rebuild or replacement of the wefts, depending on lifestyle, home care, and other factors.
Starting hair investment: $1,900+
Custom build: $650–$950
Meshless integration
When you have thinning hair but enough bio hair on top to support the VF Veil.
Your first appointment: Your Veil is custom measured and a crown is built specifically to fit your head. You’re welcome to step out for 1–2 hours while your system is being built before returning for your final fitting and installation. Plan for 5+ hours in total.
Maintenance: Approximately every 4 weeks. Maintenance appointments are around 3 hours and $300+.
Starting hair investment: $1,100+
First fitting + installation: $350+
Cranial Prosthesis
A fully customized scalp-like base with 100% human hair for significant coverage and a natural appearance.
Your first appointment: A custom mould of your head is made during this 1-hour appointment. Your custom piece then takes approximately 2.5–3.5 months to create.
Maintenance: Approximately every 4 weeks. Your piece is fully removed, your scalp and prosthesis are treated and cared for, and your hair is dried before the piece is reattached. Appointments take approximately 1.5–2 hours and are $250.
Longevity: Approximately 1–2 years with proper care and repairs.
First appointment: $75
Starting hair investment: $1,500+
Custom pieces range from $1,500–$5,900 based on coverage needs
Clip-On Solutions
Mesh and Meshless systems can also be converted to clip-on if your lifestyle, budget or needs require it.
Your first appointment: We don't have details from Kendall yet for the process or appointment length when someone is starting with a brand-new custom clip-on.
Maintenance: No monthly in-salon maintenance is required.

VF uses 100% human hair, and every build is customized rather than simply applying a stock system.

VF offers hair loss solutions for people experiencing alopecia, trichotillomania, female pattern hair loss, menopause-related thinning, post-chemo hair loss, general thinning and other patterns of hair loss. The right solution depends on your individual hair and scalp, which is why we start with a consultation.
Can I get a hair loss system if I still have some natural hair?
Absolutely! You do not need to have complete hair loss to explore a hair loss system. VF offers different methods for different levels and patterns of hair loss, including options that work with your existing natural hair and options designed for areas with little or no hair.
What happens if my natural hair starts shedding while I'm wearing a hair system?
Your bio hair and scalp health come first. If you enter an active shedding phase, VF may recommend removing your system and waiting for the shedding or thinning to stabilize before continuing.
Do you offer hair loss solutions for men?
We do! You can find information on our Men's Hair page. VF offers custom hair loss solutions for men experiencing thinning or balding using 100% human hair. Men's systems include custom fitting and cutting, with a fresh haircut included at ongoing refit appointments.
