She sold everything to invest in the salon, and when the pandemic hit, she lost everything she had worked so hard for. Back to just Kendall and a chair.

VF Salon is thriving award-winning salon with 4 stylists! We are all trained in hair loss solutions, extensions, and more. Kendall is now educating other stylists on hair loss.
2023
All the hard work and tears paid off. She opened our Sherwood Park salon, a beautiful space that was finally all hers top to bottom.
2021
Another move, another attempt to keep the salon going, one apprentice still employed, and the same list of dreams from 2018.
2019
Within 10 months she expanded into a salon
suite and hired her first apprentice.

Virtually Famous started with Kendall, a chair she was renting solo, one tiny cupboard and a whole list of crazy dreams.

It hasn't always been a straight or easy road, but I always knew there was something more for me in this industry.
VF has given me a place to build genuine connections with the women who sit in my chair. To laugh together, cry together, to build something bigger than ourselves.
We support Adeara Recovery Centre, a long-term addiction recovery centre for women in Edmonton. Being able to use the resources this salon has given us for His Kingdom has become one of the most meaningful parts of this career.

Behind the chair, I love anything that lets me find the right solution for the person sitting in front of me. Hair loss, extensions, blondes, colour, transformations... give me a problem to solve and options to play with and I’m happy.
Hair loss has become a huge passion of mine because there is never just one answer. I love being able to look at your hair, your scalp, your lifestyle and what you actually want, and figure out what makes the most sense for you. I’ll always be honest about what I think is right and what isn’t. I care way more about your hair and scalp health than making a hair sale.
But really, the best part of this career has always been the people. I get to laugh with you, cry with you, hear your stories, help you feel confident again and hopefully make sitting in my chair feel like a place you can just be yourself.

Hey, I’m Delayne! I’m a third-generation hairstylist! My grandma started the salon, my mom took it over, and I began my apprenticeship under my mom at just 14.
I became a journeyman stylist at 18 and now have 13 years in the industry, with 9+ years behind the chair. I specialize in blondes, extensions, corrective color, and hair-loss solutions, including mesh and meshless hair systems. I’m passionate about creating healthy, realistic results that help my clients feel confident and comfortable in their hair.
As a quiet, introverted stylist, I love creating calm, low-pressure appointments where you can truly relax. Whether you’re looking for a major transformation, a personalized extension solution, or support navigating hair loss, my goal is to create an experience that feels comfortable, private, and completely tailored to you.

I love a good laugh, I’m definitely sarcastic, and I think your appointment should feel more like catching up with a friend, just with really good hair at the end of it.
I have a huge passion for hair cutting, gray coverage and helping women feel more confident in their hair, but it’s the genuine connections and deep conversations that make me love what I do. My latest obsession is the QiQi smoothing treatment!

Hi!! I’m Jenn. If you’ve ever wanted to get your hair done while talking reality TV, true crime, influencer gossip or whatever is happening on social media that week, you’ve found your person.
I’ve been told I’m basically everyone’s unofficial therapist (minus the degree). My chair is a place to vent, overshare, laugh or talk about absolutely nothing while we make your hair look really freaking good.
Hair-wise, I love lived-in blondes and brunettes, long layers with lots of movement, soft vivids and foil transformations. I’m especially into those moments where the colour technically isn’t wrong, but changing the placement makes everything suddenly work.
Basically, I love hair that looks effortless but was actually very intentional.
